PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THESE “TERMS”) CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE AVAILABILITY AND USE OF THE SONY BRAVIA TV THIRTY (30)-DAY CRUNCHYROLL MEGA FAN FREE TRIAL OFFER FOR QUALIFIED SONY BRAVIA TV CUSTOMERS, INCLUDING WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR FREE TRIAL PERIOD ENDS.
INTRODUCTION
The Sony BRAVIA TV thirty (30)-day free trial promotion for Crunchyroll Mega Fan tier (the "Trial Offer") is effective as of October1st, 2025, and is made available to Qualified Customers (as defined below) with a valid redeemable promotional code made available by Crunchyroll, LLC (“Crunchyroll”).
These Terms supplement and incorporate by reference the Crunchyroll Terms of Use (the “Crunchyroll Terms of Use”) and Privacy Policy (the “Crunchyroll Privacy Policy”). Relevant references to “Access to Certain Content: Fees and Billing” in the Crunchyroll Terms of Use apply to this Trial Offer.
THE OFFER
Subject to these Terms, the Trial Offer entitles you to access a Crunchyroll Mega Fan tier subscription for a 30-day free trial period (the "Trial Period") from the day that you activate the Trial Offer (subject to these Terms). By redeeming the Trial Offer and submitting your payment details: (i) you accept and agree to these Terms, and (ii) acknowledge and agree to the Crunchyroll Terms of Use. All information collected under this Trial Offer will be processed pursuant to the Crunchyroll Privacy Policy. When you sign up for the Trial Offer, we will verify your payment method by placing a temporary charge. No permanent charges will be made to your payment method during the Trial Period.
DURATION, CANCELLATION, AND PAYMENT
At the end of the Trial Period, the payment method you provided will automatically be charged the then current monthly price for a Mega Fan Crunchyroll subscription (the “Membership Fee”) unless you cancel prior to the end of the Trial Period. If you decide that you do not want to become a paying subscriber upon the expiration of the Trial Period, you must cancel your Mega Fan subscription as outlined below. If you do not do so, your payment to Crunchyroll will automatically renew every month with your payment method on file, plus applicable taxes.
To view the specific details of your membership, including your Membership Fee, visit the Site and click on the "Profile" link available at the top of the page of the Site. You will not receive a notice from Crunchyroll that your Trial Period has ended or that the paying portion of your membership has begun. We will continue to bill your payment method on file on a monthly basis for your Membership Fee until you cancel. To cancel, go to the "Membership Status" link under “Account Settings” in your Profile and follow the instructions for cancellation.
This Trial Offer is available for a limited period only or until supplies last and codes must be claimed by owning a Qualifying Sony BRAVIA Television* by February28th, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. All codes must be redeemed by March 31, 2026 (the “Redemption End Date”). Crunchyroll reserves the right to modify or to terminate this Trial Offer at any time and for any or no reason. After such time, Crunchyroll shall not be obligated to redeem any further attempts to initiate or claim the Trial Offer. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Returns of any portion of the Qualifying Sony BRAVIA Televisions purchase will require equal forfeiture of offer or amount equal to offer. Offer is not transferable and nonredeemable for cash. This offer does not apply to previous purchases, applicable taxes, nor shipping and handling.
ELIGIBILITY
In order to receive this Trial Offer, users must satisfy the conditions listed at (A)-(E) below (each a “Qualified Customer”). You must:
(A) have or create a Crunchyroll Account;
(B) own any Qualifying Sony BRAVIA Television and redeem by the Redemption End Date;
(C) provide Crunchyroll with a valid and current payment method;
(D) not be a current or previous Crunchyroll subscriber (including other limited time or trial subscriptions) within the past five (5) years of the date you redeem the Trial Offer; and
(E) be in a supported region.* *
Qualified Customers may only redeem the Trial Offer once. Once redeemed, you are not eligible to redeem the Trial Offer again.
QUEBEC RESIDENTS
Residents of Quebec are not eligible for the Trial Offer. Instead, Quebec residents will receive their first thirty (30)-days of their membership at no charge (the “Quebec Offer”) and then shall automatically convert to a monthly Crunchyroll Mega Fan subscription. The Quebec Offer is only available to Qualified Customers with residency in Quebec. Your residency is determined by your billing address provided to Crunchyroll when you redeem the Quebec Offer. All other terms and conditions set forth in these Terms apply.
